ISAS has won a grant from Awards for All
Grants are hard to get, so ISAS staff are very pleased to have been awarded £9,400 by “Awards for All” to help maintain its services to the Irish community, particularly the elderly.
The money will support expansion of the programme of meetings for pensioner groups, where elderly members of the community can get together to see or make friends, enjoy a cup of tea, take part in various activities, or get help from one of the ISAS specialist advisers.
Groups already meet in Hammersmith and Hanwell, but the demand in Ealing is high, so ISAS wants to use the money to set up a new meeting in Greenford and provide a drop-in advice service in Northolt.
